Do You Ship Internationally?

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Delivery is possible in EU and some countries arround world (please see shipping calculation for more info)

Price of delivery is 154 HRK / 20 EUR (orders over 100€ get free delivery worldwide)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usualy it takes up to 15 working days to deliver in EU and up to 30 days for rest of world.

What Shipping company do you use?

We use HP (Croatian Post), that is your usual postman that you can see every day. Please see www.posta.hr for more info.

How do I place an Order?

Its simple as using any other webshop in the world. If you see product you like, click on ADD TO CART and just follow easy steps.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before placing order, you can review your cart and by clicking on X, you delete items from cart.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can pay as guest but we reccoment creating a free account because you wont have to put your address details each time you come back.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order with invoice ID inside your account on this page (look up).

How Can I Return a Product?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
